Dear <<SUBJECT NAME HERE>>,

We here at Aperture Science, your trusted friend in science, would like to thank all of the participants for being so cooperative through the multiple trials they have been put through.

We're proud to say that our "DEFEATING DEATH" program has gone off without any problems. All subjects that have died have returned to life without mutations.

It really was worth removing all of you from <<SUBJECT HOMETOWN HERE>>.

If you all continue on the path of being such well behaved participants, I promise we will have delicious cake at the end. There will be enough for each and every one of you. It will be a party.

Once again, Aperture Science would like to thank you, and would like to remind you that 'Bring Your Daughter to Work Day' is the perfect time to have her tested.

FANDOM: Portal
CHARACTER: GLaDOS
UNIVERSE: Canon, .
TIMELINE (CANON): Pre, or during the game, as long as it's before the end when she gets 'destroyed' (she's Still Alive).
HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION:
Your character unintentionally kills someone important to them.:
Note: Though she is a machine/program/computer, I refer to GLaDOS as a female (with reason).

"We here at Aperture Science, your trusted friend in science, advise you, our valued subject, not to make any sudden movements that may cause you to fall into the deadly neuro-toxin," GLaDOS instructed, mechanical voice echoing through the large, mostly empty test chamber. The sliding panels moved slowly, hovering above a swamp of gas.

"If you manage not to fall, it is likely--" Her voice skipped, speeding up and switching between languages every few words.

Due to that, the 'valued subject' missed the warning about the turrets located in the room she was headed towards. She never saw it coming, and the ground and walls were made of a new material; when she tried to shoot a portal, it failed to work. The gun was still being perfected.

"--will be by to clean up your body shortly," GLaDOS said pleasantly once she'd switched back into English. "You have provided helpful information towards our cause. Aperture Science would like to thank you for your contribution."
